When to Arrive
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your salon or spa appointment. This will give you time to change into your robe,
unwind and familiarize yourself with our spa. Unfortunately, arriving late may cut into your treatment time.
What to Wear to the Spa
Please wear whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a robe, sandals and locker for your personal belongings
during your treatment. We have shampoos, conditioners, lotions, blow dryers and flat irons all available for your personal
use after your service. Please turn off cellular phones, pagers and leave valuables at home.
Carrie'l Salon and Spa cannot be responsible if items are lost or stolen.

Cancellations
We require a minimum 48 hours notice for the cancellation of spa packages or on bookings of 3 or more services. Less notice will result in a charge. 50% of your services booked will be applied to the credit card or gift card used to guarantee your appointment. We also require minimum 24 hours notice for single service appointments.
Cancellations left after hours either on our answering machine or by e-mail will be considered received the following business day.
There is free parking located behind the beauty salon.
