Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped by Canada Post. All packages can take between 2-4 business days to process and package. There are three forms of shipping available; expedited, which may take up to 4 business days or more, xpress post, which may take 2-4 business days, or priority which will be an over night to one day arrival. We also offer courier delivery for local, in-town orders.

All shipping times are subject to destination points. Example: Packages shipped to major city destinations should arrive within the minimum shipping time required, but in rural areas please allow for extra arrival time.

Shipping times vary on destination points outside of Canada. Example: Expedited items shipped to the US may take up to 12 business days to arrive.

We are unable to send aerosol sprays by air due to flight regulations. This also applies to the [comfort zone] air atomizers.

Items purchased under $35.00 may be subject to an additional shipping surcharge.

Holiday shipping deadline for ground service is Dec. 12 and courier is Dec. 21.
