Group Bookings

Terms & Conditions

Group bookings are available for a fee of $125.00 per group. This fee will be waived if the total amount of services booked by the group exceeds $500.00 before GST. Booking date and time will be reserved when deposit is received. A deposit can be refunded after full payment or can be used towards payment.

It is possible to make bookings before and after salon and spa hours; this is available at a charge of 50% extra per person, per service. These types of bookings require a minimum 7 business day cancellation. A 30% charge will be deducted from the deposit or gift card used to secure the appointment. No exceptions will apply. Any group booking before or after or on a closed normal business day will also be charged the group booking fee of $125.00

Our spa can be rented out for private parties for an extra fee of $75 per person. Must be a minimum of 3 services per person and a minimum of 8 people in the party.

Any services booked as part of a group is subject to a 10% administrative surcharge. Please note that the cost of your services do not include gratuities.

Groups of 4 or more will be charged a 20% gratuity on the final bill.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to reserve the appointments. Date and time will be reserved on payment of the deposit.

Full names and phone number of each guest in the party are required and a list of all services needing to be booked for accuracy. (One main contact will suffice when the visit is a surprise) All appointments are pre-confirmed and will be subject to a charge by Carrie’l for any no-shows to be deducted from the deposit.

Carrie’l Salon & Spa requires a minimum 72 hour cancellation for any group appointments canceled for return of the deposit; this includes bridal packages. There are no exceptions to this.

Each member of the group is required to arrive 20 minutes before the start time of the appointment to change into a robe, have a beverage and relax. We recommend pre-paying for your convenience. All services must begin on time even if the entire group has not arrived. We will always do our best not to have to shorten an appointment time, however our next guest’s time with us is as important to us as yours is so we would not want to keep them waiting just as you would not want to be kept waiting either.

Any on-site catering must be confirmed 2 days prior to bookings. Normands caters our spa lunches. If lunch is going to be catered, we require all payments in full a minimum of 48 hours before appointment. Also, please advise guest services when confirming catering (minimum 48 hours prior) if there are any special requirements i.e. allergies, etc.

Any food brought in for the party will be given to one of our Guest Service Representatives to be served at your convenience.

Alcohol policy:

  • All members of the group must be of legal drinking age (18 years)
  • Any alcohol brought in must be previously unopened, and opened on premises by your Carrie’l group hostess
  • Any opened alcohol cannot leave Carrie’l
  • No member of the group will be served more than 2 alcoholic beverages
  • Carrie’l cannot purchase or sell alcoholic beverages

We will provide an itinerary by email for you and any other guests with the email address provided after all bookings and any applicable fees and/or deposits have been confirmed.

All information remains private for internal use and will not be sold or lent for any reason.
