Terms & Conditions
Carrie’l Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Gift cards are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Packages may only be used by one guest. Any changes or substitutions will forfeit any discounts on packages.
All on line Gift card sales must be couriered or mailed. Gift cards will be sent out within 2-3 business days of purchase.
You must have the gift card on hand at the time of your service. If not, another form of payment must be made and the gift card can then be used at a later date.
Gift cards convert to their original-purchase dollar value when:
- Redemption occurs one full year after the date of purchase
- Redemption in full of spa package does not occur in a single visit
Cancellations:
- 24 Hour notice is required for the cancellation of any single service
- 48 hour notice is required for cancellation of any multiple-service booking or spa package. Special requirements apply to group bookings (including wedding parties).
- A full service charge will be incurred for any no-show appointments and a 50% for last minute cancellations.
All Gift card and series sales are non-refundable
Gift cards do not expire at Carrie’l Salon & Spa and will be worth the dollar amount that it was purchased for. They can be used for any service or product at Carrie’l Salon & Spa.
